The reason I am into cardigans is that, due to age, I can no longer get a jumper over my head, By the same token getting buttons through too small holes is very difficult. Overall, I was delighted with my cardigan and the colour is better than I expected. My one reservation is that on both cardigans the button holes were not eased enough, making it VERY difficult to unfasten. I have resolved this using a stitch ripper. Maybe you should investigate this.
